The MACU Nominating Committee received no nominations to be placed on the 2018 Supervisory Committee Ballot.

Additional nominees for vacant positions on the Board and Supervisory Committee are now being accepted. If you or someone you know would like to serve on the Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee, please contact us at (877) 874-6943. Board of Director and Supervisory Committee applications and petitions can be picked up at our main office in Michigan City. Applicant petitions must be signed by at least ten MACU members and include a brief statement of qualifications and biographical data must accompany the petition. Applications/Petitions must be filed with Board Secretary by February 9, 2018. Nominees will be subject to a criminal and financial background check prior to being added to the ballot. An election will not be conducted by ballot when there is only one nominee for each position.
